Former banker William Maroon established his own custom-building company, Maroon Development Inc., in 1990. Since then, the Altamonte Springs, FL-based company has witnessed a significant increase in sales. Maroon credits his emphasis on treating customers fairly for Maroon Development's success. He also believes that his efforts to educate his clients has fostered a climate of creativity in each project.
