Depth and talent are great assets for any swimming team to have.

Good fortune is nice to have, as well. The Minnetonka Skippers, who won the Class 2A, Section 6 boys' swimming and diving title last weekend, are a good example of this.

The Skippers, who outdueled second-place Edina by 39 points for the section title, displayed their depth and talent by advancing individuals in all but one event and advancing all three relay teams to the state meet, which picks up steam today at the U of M Aquatic Center with swimming preliminaries in ...
