HOUSTON, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Arethusa (Off-Shore) Ltd. (Nasdaq-NNM: ARTHF) today announced net income of $132,000, or $0.01 per share, for its fiscal fourth quarter ended September 30, 1995, compared to $350,000, or $0.02 per share, in the fiscal 1994 period. Revenues for the quarter increased to $34.5 million from $29.9 million a year ago.
Net income for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1995 was $21,624,000, or $1.06 per share, compared to $3,587,000, or $0.18 per share a year ago. Net income for the most recent fiscal year includes a gain of $27.9 million, or ...
