CINCINNATI: The Colerain Township Business Association (CTBA) has named Larry Feldman, chairman of Great Neck, NY-based Feldman Mall Properties, owners of the Northgate Mall, Businessman of the Year in recognition of the remarkable turnaround the company has achieved at the Colerain Township property.
