PRISTINA, Kosovo, Feb. 28, 2008 (IPS/GIN) -- The unilateral declaration of independence by Kosovo on Feb. 17 has caused ethnic tensions to rise dangerously, especially in Northern Kosovo and the other Serbian enclaves scattered around the province.
