Pat Noonan, who helped lead the New England Revolution to the MLS Cup game last season, has transferred to Norwegian Premier League club Aalesund FK.
Noonan, 27, bounced back from an injury that marred his 2006 season to score seven goals and make four assists last year. He also had an assist for the U.S. national team in a 2-0 exhibition victory over Sweden on Saturday. The Revolution, which announced the transfer, did not pick up Noonan's option for 2008.
