WALTER Smith's 60th birthday celebrations spilled over into extra-timeyesterday at the somewhat unlikely location of Celtic's training base atLennoxtown.

And it was left to Tommy Burns, handling media duties with Gordon Strachan atHampden on disciplinary matters, to deliver perhaps the most telling tribute ofall from the plethora of eulogies that featured Sir Alex Ferguson and JimMcLean among others.
