ONCE a priest was on his way home, walking alone in a notorious area of the city when suddenly a burly guy sidled up beside him and poked a knife at his ribs. "C'mon, gimme your wallet," he growled.

"Son, you've got the wrong man," the priest said, "I'm the pastor of a nearby parish."
