AS TV's self-styled Perfect Housewife, Anthea Turner likes to keepeverything neat and tidy.

But the presenter has got herself into a perfect mess by building a tenniscourt at her mansion without planning permission - and may have to demolish it.

Her imperfect approach to planning regulations came to light when she and herhusband Grant Bovey sought retrospective permission for the [pounds sterling]500,000 court,which also includes floodlighting and a pavilion.
