LEOMINSTER - Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court spoke yesterday about her love for the law, the role that John Adams had in connecting an impartial judiciary with a flourishing economy, and a sign that she's about to ask a "zinger" of a question to a lawyer.

As she spoke to the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, the chief justice talked about the history of the Massachusetts Constitution and its impact on property rights and businesses.
