GREENSBORO -- Mr. David William Abel, 91, of Greensboro, passed away Monday, February 18, 2008.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, February 22, in the chapel of Saint Andrews Episcopal Church, 2105 West Market Street, Greensboro, by Reverend Bob Hamilton. The burial will be at a later date in Warren Cemetery in Gurnee, Illinois.

He was born May 1, 1916, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, to Albert and Elizabeth Kramer Abel. Mr. Abel had been employed by Abbott Laboratories, Inc. and was an active ...
