Good Food movement 'Annam' launched
Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 18 (PTI) In a bid to check the growth of the "fast food" culture and preserve and promote local and traditional food items, a new people's initiative titled 'Annam' was launched here today.
The initiative will also seek to educate consumers about the "risks" of fast food and create awareness about the drawbacks of factory farms and promote location specific vegetables and crops.
'Annam' is a joint venture of Slow Food International, Italy, Navadany New Delhi and the Centre for Innovation ...
