Nordstrom launches first men's catalog.(Brief Article)

NEW YORK - Nordstom has completed its first all men's wear catalog. The new 80-page fall/holiday book will be mailed to customers in early October.

The new catalog, aptly titled: Nordstrom, the Catalog, Men's Edition, is the second product of the Seattle-based company's direct-sales division. The division mailed its first catalog, a book for women, in December 1993.

"The [men's] catalog will be very representative of our store's men's wear departments," said Victoria Dellinger, general manager of Nordstrom's direct-sales division.
