The National Intelligence Agency has promised to hunt down any rogue spooks that are alleged to be spying on Democratic Alliance leader and Cape Town Mayor Helen Zille.

Intelligence minster Ronnie Kasrils met Zille yesterday to assure her that while his hands were clean, he could not promise that other "private" agencies were not responsible for spying on her.
