Synapsis Technology, Inc., Spring House, Pa., has announced that EMARS(TM), its environmental compliance software solution, now provides support for the European Union's new regulation entitled "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals," or REACH. The REACH regulation seeks to ensure that all chemicals are fully tested by industry and used in safe ways. The EMARS REACH module is designed to help companies manage the chemical content of their products, identify REACH-related compliance and supply chain risks, and take steps to mitigate these risks.
