The Question Mark Designer for Windows software allows human resource (HR) professionals to create, administer and grade employment tests. The software offers a selection of test settings which include time frame, order of questions and type of questions. An 'item banking' feature banks or stores questions for future use while test correction is fully automated. Test results are also stored and used as basis for various reports.
