TWO further lettings have been secured for Liverpool's Exchange Flags office complex.

Development partners for the site - UK Land and Property and Pochin - last night told the Daily Post that global business services provider, Regus, and accountancy firm Deloitte have taken space totalling almost 30,000 sq ft at the newly-refurbished Horton House.

Regus has signed up for 23,528 sq ft and Deloitte for 6,230 sq ft. They join tenants including Brabners Chaffe Street, Knight Frank and Strategic Back Office Solutions (SBOS). ...
