The song has been in the air all through the summer of 1995, sung by Beau Dommage, the great pop poets of the 1970s, who have surprised us by reuniting in the 1990s.

This is the story of the year 1970. Of the October Crisis in Quebec in that year. It is also the story of how, after the October Crisis, Quebec escaped the polarization and violence between colonizer and colonized which the confrontation had seemed to introduce; we found our way through to other paths.
