The Office of the Public Printer announced that Robert C.Tapella, with confirmation from the Senate and commission from the president, has been named the U.S. Public Printer. In this position, Tapella will oversee production and distribution of information products and services for all three branches of the federal government. Previously, he was deputy chief of staff and chief of staff at the Government Printing Office.
