CELEBRITY lawyer Nick Freeman has trademarked his 'Mr Loophole' nicknameto prevent others using it.

Mr Freeman, 51, acquired a reputation for finding loopholes in the law bysuccessfully representing a roll call of stars for motoring offences, includingSir Alex Ferguson, David Beckham and Ranulph Fiennes.
