NEW YORK -- Company recruiting videos have been known to put people to sleep faster than a dose of Ambien, but Vault.com is redefining the genre. Vault has injected the typical infomercial-like recruiting video with a shot of reality by skipping the corner office and going straight to the viewers' peers - the people with whom they will be working if they take the job.
