Farming chiefs in Lancashire have warned an outbreak of the bluetongue virus in the North West could be "devastating" for the county.

Suspected cases of the virus have been found in Shropshire and Greater Manchester, which could mean widespread restrictions on moving animals throughout Lancashire.
