Para Colombia, con este estudio, se reconocen seis especies del género Pseudocyphellaria [P. aurata (Ach.) Vain., P. crocata (L.) Vain., P. intricata (Del.) Vain., P. arvidssonii D. Galloway, P. clathrata (De Not.) Malme, y P. encoensis R. Sant.], de las cuales, P. arvidssonii, P. clathrata y P. encoensis, constituyen nuevos registros para el país.
