A WORKING water wheel should be set up in a Coventry park to make a new landmark, according to former engineer Bert Frazier.
Bert, aged 69, of Norman Place Road, Coundon, Coventry, has been working on the idea of putting a water wheel somewhere in the city for more than 10 years, since reading about Rolls-Royce workers in County Durham who created one as part of a training exercise.
