La idea es propiciar, en mayo de 2008, un encuentro sorprendente entre la población del Distrito Federal y el arte actual. De ahí que un grupo de artistas y comunicadores, entre jóvenes y experimentados, se dio a la tarea de hacer un diagnóstico de la ciudad contemporánea, "con la intención de acercar los lenguajes del arte contemporáneo a los sectores de adultos y jóvenes de las periferias urbanas".
