By: Shawkat Khan January 11 (Dhaka Courier): The Bangladesh Film Censor Board has given its explanation about the censor fee for holding any international film festival. The organisation on January 1 gave this explanation through a handout concerning a film festival report published in electronic and print media recently. According to the Bangladesh Censorship of Film Rules 1977, the censor certificate is necessary for public exhibition of a film.
