Fashion Center continues to hold attraction for designers.(TECHNOLOGY)(Survey)

A new tenant survey conducted by The Fashion Center Business Improvement District, (BID) shows that the neighborhood is home to a record number of designers--610--and 49,382 overall employees, the highest number reported since the survey was first conducted 13 years ago.

The number of reported designers in the Fashion Center is at an all-time high, breaking 2006's record of 602.

New designers include House of Dereon, founded by Tina Knowles, mother and stylist of pop star Beyonce; the Gary Graham Collection, Vigoss Fashion, Bear USA and Level 99 Premium ...
