RUSSIA: MOODY'S ASSIGNS BA2 RATING TO KRAI OF KRASNOYARSK.

Moody's Investors Service today assigned an issuer rating of Ba2 (global scale, local currency) to the Krai of Krasnoyarsk, a central Siberian territory in Russia. The rating outlook is stable. At the same time, Moody's Interfax Rating Agency, which is majority-owned by Moody's, has assigned a Aa2.ru National Scale Rating (NSR) to Krasnoyarsk.
