The wet and wild weather may be gone for now, but last weekend's windstorm left at least one group of Lane County businesses wearily counting its seasonal blessings.

Tree care professionals - especially those specializing in "hazard tree" removals - have been left with tangled piles of work at a time of year when their business is typically in low-key mode.
