Rosneft, KNOC seek to extend license to West-Kamchatka
MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax) - The joint venture between Rosneft and Korea's KNOC is working to extend the licenses to properties on the West-Kamchatka shelf, South Korean Deputy Prime Minister and Finance and Economy Minister Kwon O-Kyu told journalists.
The companies want more time to explore the property, he said.
A source in Rosneft confirmed that the Russian company is working to secure extension of the licenses.
