CHATTERIS referee Darren Deadman officiated at his first live TV game last week and the FA Cup tie between Staines and Stockport County had its moments of controversy.
The first disputed moment came last Monday night - even before a ball had been kicked - when Deadman ruled the pitch was unplayable as a sell-out 3,000 crowd and the Sky cameras were ready for action 40 minutes before kick off.
