Husband took lover to party after killing his wife.

A CHEATING husband murdered his wife then took his young lover to his work's Christmas party hours later, a court was told on Friday.

Anita Anderson, 52, was killed on the day she bought herself a new dress ready to go to the party with her husband Malcolm, 54.

He even slept with her that evening shortly before he and an alleged "hit man" brutally killed her, a jury heard.

The next day Anderson took his 26-year-old lover to the Christmas party before spending the night with her in a hotel.

Mrs Anderson had no idea her husband had pledged his future to his work ...
