Cyan Power might be new but the man behind it is well known in the commercial property world.
Ian Power, formerly of Daniells Harrison, has worked in the local commercial property market since March 1985, and is a former director of J Trevor and Webster and of Austin Adams.
The 47-year-old started his business in September this year to represent the interests of private investors and developers as well as owner-managed businesses.
It concentrates on the smaller end of the market, for office and industrial buildings of up to 10,000sq ft.
