This month, the AORN Journal is proud to join more than 230 bioscience journals from developed and developing countries in focusing on global poverty. This historic publishing activity was conceived by the Council of Science Editors more than a year ago, and a call was sent to editors of journals to invite participation. The AORN Journal was one of the first to respond to the call.
