BOSTWICK, Fla. -- An estate of approximately 11.5 acres along the St. Johns River sold Saturday in an auction that attracted 10 registered bidders from Florida, Georgia and Utah.
"This is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place, and we had a good crowd of about 30 people, which is remarkable for such a secluded location," said Craig King, president of J.P. King Auction Company, which managed the sale.
