Ian Stark has added to his collection of awards with an Honorary Fellowship from Borders College, writes Mark Inchley.

It's in recognition of the four-times Olympic medallist's equestrian success and his links with the college - his riding centre is used by students as part of their courses.

Ian, right, with Glenburnie and Murphy Himself, was born in Galashiels and began riding at Ladhope Stables as a 10-year-old, before going on to win fame as one of the best international riders the country has produced.
