HOLLAND, Mich., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Ottawa Financial Corporation ("Ottawa Financial"), the holding company for Ottawa Savings Bank, FSB (Nasdaq-NNM: OFCP) ("Ottawa Savings") of Holland, Michigan announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AmeriBank Federal Savings Bank ("AmeriBank"). AmeriBank is a federally chartered savings bank headquartered in Muskegon, Michigan.
