Well, according to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), camel milk is a big hit across northern Africa. In Tunisia, on the Mediterranean coast, for instance, people travel hundreds of miles to get a camel milk mustache. Herdswomen from Ethiopia and Somalia ride a train for 12 hours to sell camel milk in Djibouti. And in Chad, camel milk bars arc foaming up all over town.
