SC dismisses Ajanta's plea against Colgate Palmolive
New Delhi, Nov 15 (PTI) -- The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition filed by oral care company Ajanta India seeking to restrain FMCG major Colgate Palmolive (India) from claiming monopoly over the red and white combination for its products.
A bench headed by Justice B N Agarwal dismissed Ajanta's petition that sought stay on the order of a division bench of Delhi High Court. However, Ajanta has withdrawn its petition.
