Aug. 1--Salt Creek Inc. of Salt Lake City is suing a competing brine shrimp egg-harvesting company for conspiring to steal eggs on the Great Salt Lake.

The suit, filed Friday in 3rd District Court, seeks nearly $1 million in damages against Prime Artemia Inc., also of Salt Lake City.
