Nov 12 (Interfax-AVN) - No oil was leaked when the tankers that sank in the Kerch Strait on Sunday were being tugged from the disaster area, a commission of the Russian environmental watchdog Rosprirodnadzor said on Monday, after examining the area, according to the Russian Natural Resources Ministry.
