RESIDENTS of a Thorpe development who won their fight over a charge for maintenance work on overgrown land have had another reason to celebrate.

At a meeting in September with Harron Homes, residents of Falcon Fields expressed their anger that not only was a country park promised to them when they bought their homes, but they were being charged an annual fee of [pounds sterling]81 for the upkeep of the land, which they described as just wasteland.
