A COMPANY director plunged to her death from a Leeds tower block after becoming convinced her face was caving in.

Mum-of-two Margaret Lister, 50, was diagnosed with dysmorphia disorder after becoming convinced her jaw was eroding away.

A Leeds inquest heard Mrs Lister, of Arran Drive, Garforth, had developed the disorder a few years before her death which makes sufferers become pre-occupied with a non-existent defect.

Her psychiatric problems, combined with severe alcoholism, led to a stay in the Becklin Centre a unit for mental health patients.
