Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander and Orlando Magic owner Rich DeVos, whose teams are in the 1995 NBA finals, are two of the luckiest owners in sports. DeVos bought the Magic in 1991 and won the draft lottery two years in a row, while Alexander bought the Rockets just in time to win a championship.
