A CHARITY based in Northamptonshire will receive nationwide exposure and a huge boost in funds this week when it becomes the subject of a BBC2 documentary produced by film star Ewan McGregor.

Riders for Health, a medical outreach charity which provides healthcare in remote parts of Africa, will feature in Long Way Down, which follows the Star Wars actor and fellow thespian Charley Boorman as they motorcycle from John O'Groats to the southern-most point in Africa, Cape Agulhas.
