IDEA community group earns Investor in People.

Donington community group IDEA (Improving Donington's Environment for All) has gained the Investor in People award.

The committee is behind the Flinders Park project, supports teen group Flinders Founders and runs a holiday club among other activities.

To achieve the award the group had to demonstrate its commitment to investing in skills for the future and proving to specialist assessors it was well- organised and had the skills and knowledge to ...
