KUPANG, E NUSA TENGGARA, Oct 23 Asia Pulse - The Japanese government is expected to start building a fish landing center worth Rp80 billion (US$8.8 million) in East Flores district, East Nusa Tenggara province, in early December, a local official said.
All of the project's administrative aspects had been covered and its implementation was now only a matter of time, Basir Kia Teron, head of the district's fishery and maritime office, said here Monday.
