Spilsby Town lost to Scotter Utd FC.

SATURDAY'S fixture saw Spilsby Town back competing in the Lincolnshire Cup as they welcomed Scotter Utd from the Scunthorpe league.

The game proved to be a classic cup-tie full of end to end action, but for all of Spilsby's early efforts they found themselves a goal down going into the interval.

A re-shuffle of the team before going out for the second half seemed to work as within one minute Gary McGilloway equilised after a well placed shot.
