CROWDS gathered at the Ship Inn at Langstone Bridge on Saturday, July 14 to watch a highly entertaining raft race.
This popular annual event drew in hundreds of people, despite the changeable weather, and proved an exciting and enjoyable day for all who attended.
The usual motley crew were gathered on the 14 participating rafts of various shapes and sizes, but the race was won by Hayling Island Community Responders - a case of third time lucky!
