A STUNNING falconry display and henna painting were among the many attractions at a fete organised by volunteers from a city mosque.

Summer Fete 2007 was intended to raise money to help victims of disasters around the world.

In the event thousands of people of all ages turned out to support the fete held in fields near the city's Gladstone Park Community Centre.
